So no one told you life was going to be this way.
Your owl’s a joke, you’re cursed, you’re love life’s DADA.
It’s like you’re always stuck in Slughorn’s class,
Well, it hasn’t been your day, your week, your month, or even your year.

But, I’ll be there for you, when the spell starts to blow.
I’ll be there for you, like I’ve been there before.
I’ll be there for you, cause you’re there for me too.

from today’s post secret:

cafedumatin:

My mom, sister and I had a tradition of seeing the Harry Potter movies opening night at midnight. She died last June, but my sister and I decided to go to the last one together, in costume. In a packed out theatre full of excited and crazy fans, there was only one open seat; and it was beside us, smack dab in the middle of the theatre. We didn’t save it.

5 Days

Harry Potter was a highly unusual boy in many ways. For one thing, he hated the summer holidays more than any other time of year. For another, he really wanted to do his homework but was forced to do it in secret, in the dead of night. And he also happened to be a wizard.

6 Days

Not for the first time, an argument had broken out over breakfast at number four, Privet Drive. Mr. Vernon Dursley had been woken in the early hours of the morning by a loud, hooting noise from his nephew Harry’s room.

Mr. and Mrs. Dursley, of number four, Privet Drive, were proud to say that they were perfectly normal, thank you very much. They were the last people you’d expect to be involved in anything strange or mysterious, because they just didn’t hold with such nonsense.

When you read a book as a child, it becomes a part of your identity in a way that no other reading in your whole life does.

Print will never die. There’s no substitute for the feel of an actual book. I adore physically turning pages, and being able to underline passages and not worrying about dropping them in the bath or running out of power. I also find print books objects of beauty.

My marauder mug!
When you put hot water or milk in it, it turns white with the mischief managed and then that fades away as it cools down.

Where can I purchase please??
